Key Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage the hostel operations department, ensuring seamless integration with institutional goals and student satisfaction.

  • Lead a team of hostel managers and support staff to provide excellent service and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive outcomes through the team, maintain high standards, and ensure collaboration between departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align hostel policies with institutional objectives.
  • Oversee vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4-8 years of experience in hospitality, luxury housing, or client experience management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for handling student concerns and high-touch parent interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing vendors, and achieving results through others.
  • Strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and people management skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Present regular reports on hostel performance and track KPIs to improve processes and policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance related to hostel facilities.
