**Job Title:** Payroll Solutions Expert

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill this exciting role.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of payroll specialists, focusing on strategic growth and excellent client outcomes.

  • Develop and implement effective solutions for complex client issues, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality.

  • Collaborate with the UK-based team to establish a cohesive global support function, aligning service processes and prioritizing client needs.

  • Maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance.

  • Supervise quarterly release cycles, including impact analysis, regression testing, deployment, and communication of relevant changes to clients.

  • Deliver training sessions for team members to enhance capability growth and process alignment.

  • Troubleshoot functional issues, escalate to Oracle as needed, and maintain clear resolutions.

  • Foster strong client relationships through responsive, proactive support and clear communication.

  • Drive improvements in support processes, documentation, and internal tooling to establish a scalable, high-performing payroll support model.

  • Contribute strategically to the development and structure of the India Managed Services team.

  • Serve as a liaison between India and UK teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes.
