Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Design Lead Engineer to spearhead the implementation of complex mixed-signal SoCs.

  • Lead design teams in creating and guiding the implementation process of complex mixed-signal SoCs.
  • Mentor and guide engineers in their development process, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to integrate blocks into the design, meeting specified requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with all phases of IC design from RTL to GDS2.
  • Experience with analog/mixed/custom signal PNR and hierarchical place & route.
  • Strong understanding of digital design, timing analysis, and DFT.
  • Knowledge of EDA tools such as Cadence, Mentor, and Ansys.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field with 5-10 years' experience.
