  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive to join our team. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, updating customers on shipment status, and arranging documents.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery of shipments and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide shipping updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  2. Document Management: Arrange and distribute necessary documents, including PDA receipts, VDS letters, and terminal tariffs.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment status, and document distribution.
