Regional Head Job Description

The ideal candidate for this leadership role is a seasoned professional with strong architectural design skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven experience in managing large design teams.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive architectural and interior design strategy across all projects in Thrissur, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while maintaining the highest standards of design innovation and user-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead client workshops, design presentations, and value engineering discussions to ensure seamless project execution.

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Oversight of all design phases from concept to construction documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory norms and regulatory approvals.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of technically sound and timely design deliverables that meet client expectations.

Design Excellence & Innovation

  • Drive design excellence through innovative solutions, space planning, and user-centric design principles.
  • Implement sustainable and LEED-compliant solutions wherever applicable, promoting environmental responsibility and reducing carbon footprint.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Interface effectively with clients, real estate consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project coordination and collaboration.
  • Handle design-related RFIs, change requests, and design clarifications on-site to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Team Management & Mentoring

  • Lead and mentor a regional team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular design reviews, performance appraisals, and internal training sessions to enhance team capabilities and drive business growth.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to building codes, local regulations, and global workplace compliance standards (e.g., LEED, WELL).
  • Mitigate project and design risks through proactive planning, efficient resource allocation, and effective risk management strategies.
