E-commerce Senior Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Senior Manager to lead our team in managing and optimizing our online presence across various marketplaces and D2C channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, improving product listings, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings & Content Management:
  • Create and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces and D2C platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings for higher visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust our approach accordingly.
  • Marketplace & D2C Optimization:
  • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and marketplace performance data to inform optimization decisions.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and sales strategies.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely restocking and dispatching.
  • C coordinate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Order & Customer Management:
  • Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Pricing & Promotions:
  • Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive within the market.
  • Implement data-driven pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketplace performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on performance and trends.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in marketplace policies, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all platform requirements, including shipping, returns, and product listings.
