Operational Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operational Specialist to manage day-to-day administrative operations, data management, and reporting tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong proficiency in MS Excel to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office activities while supporting management with accurate reports and analysis.

  1. Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure seamless office operations.
  2. Maintain, organize, and update records, files, and documentation.
  3. Prepare, analyze, and present reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
  4. Support management in data analysis for decision-making and performance tracking.
  5. Handle scheduling, coordination of meetings, and communication across teams.
  6. Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  7. Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and operational trackers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, Lookups, Macros preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to handle large data sets accurately.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
