We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our corporate engagement efforts. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong relationships with top-tier companies and ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop placement strategies that align with our vision and market trends.
  • CORPORATE RELATIONS: Foster strong relationships with top companies for placements, internships, and live projects. Organize industry conclaves, guest lectures, and other interactions to increase engagement.
  • Placement Operations: Oversee the entire placement process from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring a smooth experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Student Readiness: Work closely with faculty and training partners to prepare students for industry expectations. Mentor students on career choices, profile building, and industry expectations.
  • Alumni Engagement: Leverage our alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.

Quantitative Targets: Place 360 students for final placements and 360 students for summer internships. Increase the median salary compared to the previous year.
