Financial Professional

We are seeking a remote financial professional to support the smooth operation of our accounting functions.

This role is vital to ensuring timely and accurate financial records, efficient accounts payable management, and full compliance with tax and reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Accounting Tasks:
    • Prepare comprehensive financial statements
    • Process daily bank transactions
    • Manage monthly reconciliations in our integrated system
  • Journal Entries:
    • Record accruals and prepaids
    • Ensure accurate recording of balance sheet items
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Monitor and ensure timely filing of Sales/Use Tax returns
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process vendor invoices and credit memos
    • 1099s via our automated platform
  • Financial Systems:
    • Maintain and update tools like our financial management software, QuickBooks, Sage, and CRM platforms
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–5 years in general accounting; AP experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Bill.com, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of GAAP and strong attention to detail
  • Remote work experience with US clients – A must for this role
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized work style
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment – Open to evolving tools and workflows
