Financial Operations Specialist

We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup focused on delivering innovative solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
