As a seasoned ERP specialist, you will lead the technical setup and configuration of our new business environment in Zoho One.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/accounts payable, inventory management, asset tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy system with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools as necessary.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • A strong understanding of inventory and asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, with ability to work closely with our team over video conferencing.
