Job Title: Dynamics ERP Implementation Expert

Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure business continuity. This role involves implementing system optimizations, troubleshooting issues, and leading IT-related projects and integrations.

This is a high-profile position that requires collaboration with stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop effective IT solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Finance & Operations, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and D365 modules, as well as strong knowledge of MS SQL databases, Power BI, and Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implementation of system optimizations, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues, as well as leadership of IT-related projects, integrations, and migrations.
  • Drive company-wide IT projects including design, deployment, and rollout of new IT applications, systems, and services.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of IT systems performance to assess cost efficiency, productivity, and recommendation of improvements in business processes and internal controls.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop effective IT solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Troubleshooting and support for internal software applications related to IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and ERP implementation.
  • Expertise in Finance & Operations, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and D365 modules, including Sales & Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts, and Finance.
  • Proven experience in leading large IT projects and rolling out ERP applications and IT infrastructures across diverse technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
