Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage Oracle Inventory, Receiving, Receipt Accounting, and Inventory Visibility within the Oracle ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be familiar with inventory processes, and be able to deliver support during critical financial periods such as month-end and quarter-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle Inventory Support: Provide first-level support for organization and location configuration within Oracle Inventory.
  • Receiving and Recipient Accounting Management: Manage Oracle Receiving and Recipient Accounting issues.
  • Financial Close Processes: Deliver support services for month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
  • Ticket Triage and Prioritization: Triage and prioritize incoming Oracle Inventory Management support tickets.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Perform initial assessment and troubleshooting of reported issues.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Route complex problems to the appropriate support teams or on-call personnel.
  • Inventory Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of inventory-related issues and document all solutions.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
  • Ticket Queue Monitoring: Monitor ticket queues and ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
  • Critical Period-End Processing: Support critical period-end processing and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Inventory Visibility and Accuracy: Ensure inventory visibility and accuracy across Oracle systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle Inventory Management modules.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of receiving and recipient accounting processes.
  • Organization and Location Configuration: Experience in organization and location configuration in Oracle.
  • Month-End and Quarter-End Close Procedures: Familiarity with month-end and quarter-end close procedures.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ticketing Systems and Incident Management: Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management.
  • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical business periods.
Qualifications:
  • Oracle ERP Systems: Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
  • Technical Support or Service Desk Environment: Background in technical support or service desk environments.
  • Inventory Management Concepts and Best Practices: Understanding of inventory management concepts and best practices.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation.
  • Issue Triage, Documentation, and Ticket Resolution: Proficient in issue triaging, documentation, and ticket resolution.
  • Analytical and Troubleshooting Capabilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
