Senior ERP Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Specialist to lead our Oracle EBS SCM project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and have at least 8+ years of experience in this field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level three engagement support, leading project development, and ensuring timely completion within quality processes.

  • Project Leadership: Manage project development, production support, and maintenance activities while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and proactively address customer issues.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and functional ERP and SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, AME, and MRP.
  • Support & Compliance: Provide application production support and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
  • Strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM.
  • Experience with Oracle INV, PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Procurement Contracts with implementation experience.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively address customer issues.
  • Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
  • Ability to track and manage tickets and ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
