Oracle EBS SCM Expertise Required

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM professional with extensive experience in supporting the ongoing operations of our Oracle EBS 12.2.x platform.

The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support for SCM modules, analyze root causes, ensure issue resolution, and participate in change management efforts.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in functional and technical aspects of Oracle SCM to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Functional Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain modules
  • Strong domain knowledge of integrated environments including Planning, WMS, 3PLs, Inventory, and external platforms

To succeed in this position, you must be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents within SLA timelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
