We are seeking an experienced ASM Store team lead to join one of the leading paint manufacturers in India. This role is based in Bangalore.

About Us: Our company is a renowned Indian multinational paint corporation, headquartered in Kolkata. We have 16 manufacturing units across India.

Role Type : Team Handling

Key Responsibilities :
Leading and guiding a sales team within an assigned territory to achieve set targets.
Setting realistic sales objectives for the sales team to work towards.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Capturing customer feedback and sharing insights with senior management.
Regularly visiting potential and existing customers in the designated sales area to promote our offerings and increase brand awareness.
Utilizing various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to close sales deals.
Fostering long-term relationships with valued customers.
Implementing efficient sales processes to help the sales team identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.

RequirementsEssential Skills:
Experience in managing sales teams in a similar industry context.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets.
Effective leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of the paint industry and market trends.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
