We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in end-to-end testing of billing, subscription management, and payments systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual functional testing of billing, subscription, and payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs.
