Automated Testing Expert

A highly skilled Automated Testing Expert is required to design and implement end-to-end automated testing strategies across React frontend, Python backend, and PostgreSQL database. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with web testing frameworks, API testing tools, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive automated testing plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Create test automation frameworks using modern web testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and WebdriverIO.
  • Build automated tests for Databricks data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members on testing and framework adoption.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years in Test Automation Engineering: Proven experience in designing and implementing automated testing strategies.
  • Strong Experience with Web Testing Frameworks: Skilled in web testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
  • Proficient in API Testing Tools: Experienced in API testing tools like Postman/Newman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Data Pipeline Testing Tools: Familiarity with data pipeline testing tools such as Great Expectations, Soda, DBT test, or similar.
  • Strong Python Skills: Proficient in Python for backend API testing.
  • Database Testing Experience: Experience with database testing, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • CICD Pipeline Integration: Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
