As a leader in the financial industry, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

This role will provide operational excellence for a wide array of financial planning, analysis, and accounting-related activities using emerging technology tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage highly analytical deliverables and work closely with senior regional partners.
  • Lead and influence the matrix that supports business strategic direction for the team.
  • Contribute through thought leadership with subject matter expert knowledge.
  • Lead and execute project deliverables, oversee team projects, and direct group efforts as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems.
  • Co-ordinate with the business to resolve process bottlenecks at different levels.

Requirements include certifications such as CA, ICWA, CS, CFA, MBA Finance, PG in Finance from a reputed university, along with 4-6 years of banking and financial services domain experience. The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly within a shift window starting 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM.
