We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our company's technology infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Windows/Non-Windows/Databases/Datacenter/Networking and cloud platforms, with AWS exposure being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Management

Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support all cloud-based systems to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing, and monitor vendor performance and compliance.

IT Administration

Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security.

Implement IT policies and procedures for efficient and secure operations.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.

Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Management Skills

Strong project management skills, budgeting, and financial management for IT projects.

Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

Analytical and Problem-Solving

Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot complex IT issues.

Able to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.

Communication and Collaboration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or a Diploma in Engineering in Information technology or Computer Science.

Minimum 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.

Experience in the asset management or financial services industry is preferred.

Certification/s:

Relevant certifications for AWS, Azure, and Microsoft technologies are preferred.
