Job Overview

Krones Group, a global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking an IT Manager to join their team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and hardware within the company.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in an international business environment, with a strong background in SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3. They will also possess excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can lead and manage large IT projects, roll out IT infrastructures across various technologies, and ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity of our IT systems.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the beverage industry with a global market leader. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and hardware within the company.
  • Leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Ensuring operational performance, availability, security, and continuity of our IT systems.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to internal IT and acting as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
  • Adapting and integrating Krones Group IT guidelines and policies into the region.
  • Serving as a liaison between the subsidiary business units and the group business units and technical IT teams.
  • Managing IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration & leading projects and teams virtually.
