  • Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms.

  • Define, build, and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.

Experience:

We're looking for someone with 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS.

  • A proven track record shipping B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools).
  • Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers and own end-to-end design delivery.
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with design tools like Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive.

  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar).
Soft Skills:

Strong collaboration and communication skills in distributed teams.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.
Qualifications:

Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar.

  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies.
