Senior Frontend Engineer

Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to play a key role in the development of high-performance web applications. We are seeking someone who has expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable frontend systems using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance web applications that provide an exceptional user experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, backend, and frontend development.
  • Architect and maintain scalable and maintainable frontend systems with a focus on performance, security, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to translate product requirements and UX designs into robust features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards, promoting continuous learning and growth within the team.
  • Implement and maintain SEO-friendly features, including page speed optimization and structured metadata, to improve our online presence and search engine rankings.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently, ensuring a high bar for quality and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or testing libraries like Jest.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code refactoring best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, with a track record of successfully guiding team members and driving results.
