Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team focusing on Open Banking.

This pivotal role involves leading analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with banking and financial clients' strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.

  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering. You will also monitor regulatory developments, including EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems, and experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and API integrations.

Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential.
