Job Title: Senior Open Banking Regulatory Specialist

**About the Role**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced regulatory specialist to lead our Open Banking initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations, including PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2;
  • Interpret and translate regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance;
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows;
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering;
  • Stay updated with regulatory developments and emerging compliance needs;


**Requirements:**
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services;
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field;
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems;
  • Understanding of clients' use cases and advising on suitable integration practices;
