Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information. Ensure timely delivery of collaterals, booth materials, and samples to event locations.
  • Collate all leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate and timely upload to SFDC, in coordination with the sales and CRM teams.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and external social media agencies, overseeing planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track all marketing expenses, adhere to allocated budgets, and collaborate with finance teams for processing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Drive the creation, review, and distribution of brochures, presentations, and product sheets, maintaining a repository of up-to-date marketing assets for the sales team.
  • Identify and evaluate vendors in key markets for printing, branding, gifting, and events, negotiating terms and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the brand identity across all touchpoints and materials, reviewing physical and digital branding at office premises, packaging, events, and collaterals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of branded merchandise such as T-shirts, diaries, calendars, gifting items, labels, and packaging materials, liaising with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination.
  • Industry background – preferably FMCG or marketing/creative agency background with experience in managing BTL activities.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility to ensure brand consistency across collaterals.
  • Experience in working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
