Job Description

As a pivotal role within the onboarding process, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to new hires. This individual will provide comprehensive training on systems, tools, and processes to junior team members, while also managing a team of contractors.

  • Subject matter expert in regional work authorization (AMER)
  • Manage a high-volume team with offer generation and onboarding requests; provide feedback to enhance growth in roles
  • Act as a key member of the Staffing Operations team, offering ideas to address gaps/roadblocks and present scalable solutions
  • Share best practices and areas of improvement for positive impact
  • Assist with escalations in regions and troubleshooting, particularly supporting your team for success
  • Ensure adequate coverage for holidays and after-hours support
  • Deliver a positive onboarding experience by completing all aspects accurately and timely, including offer generation, background checks, and accurate data management in Workday and other systems
  • Participate in meetings as lead subject matter expert impacting operational design, reporting, or workflows
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire new hire's onboarding experience, coordinating via Workday Onboarding platform and email regarding requirements, background check documentation, Welcome Day, and ensure all required information is returned in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Onboarding experience in a technology organization or related business, preferably multinational
  • Shift timing - 10:30 pm to 7:30 am (IST)
  • Management of small teams of contractors supporting AMER region
  • Offer generation and onboarding expertise
  • Workday tool proficiency
  • Demonstrates high integrity and maintains confidentiality
  • Flexible, yet highly organized, and able to adapt to shifting priorities and demands in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at handling high volumes and multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • MS Office Suite or GSuite proficient
  • Understanding of candidate/employee lifecycle with ability to recommend process-oriented, technical, and/or operational solutions
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail with consistent follow-up
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving essential
  • Background check experience preferred
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, and DocuSign beneficial
