We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Data Management professional to join our team. This role is responsible for partnering with the onsite data management leadership team to implement data warehouse solutions within our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term by understanding business processes and leveraging data design expertise.
- Develop and maintain the analytics data warehouse and master data management, leveraging data from across various internal applications and data vendors.
- Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
- Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
- Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and stored procedures.
- Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
- Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
- Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.
Requirements:
- Professional work experience in Master Data Management, hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
- Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
- Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
- Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support requirements.
- High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
- Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
