We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President to drive our health risk management strategy.

Job Overview

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients to design their organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
  • Develop implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors.
  • Design and plan every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs.
  • Supervise operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors, as necessary.
  • Lead and manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
  • Develop a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely and right advises and efficient quality execution of projects.
  • Work with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients.
  • Support overall client relationship building and management, besides leading the health risk management consulting and health risk management programs.
  • Work with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to current clients.
