Enterprise Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for all operational activities and play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework that aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement robust internal control systems to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date Risk Registers (RCSA) and conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps and deficiencies.
  • Assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls in their business units, and develop action plans to address any gaps.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution.
  • Possession of certifications such as FRM, CFA, CBCP is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations.

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Principles of risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls.
  • Understanding of risk and governance standards, including COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
