Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Operations Manager to drive the strategic direction of our design operations.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of designers to achieve predictable sales and design output, leveraging expertise in architecture or interior design and project management.
  • Collaborate with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback, utilizing knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion, ensuring successful adoption of digital and technology initiatives.
  • Help franchise owners in managing their sales funnels and achieving higher conversion rates, developing customer experience and relationship management skills.
  • Manage work output of partner and team for multiple stores, overseeing 12 to 15 projects per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting partners in sales funnel management to enhance conversion rate output, providing training to designers for predictable sales and design results.
  • Leading designing of 12 to 15 projects per month, fostering collaboration among designers and stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and design output, driving business growth through effective operations management.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and vendors, delivering exceptional customer experience and support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and technologies relevant to design operations management.
