Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS / INFLUENCERS IN THE AREA, LIKE SURGEONS, ADMINISTRATION, PURCHASE HEADS, FINANCE DEPARTMENT, HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, ETC.
  • CONDUCT PRICE NEGOTIATIONS AS PER THE PRESCRIBED PRICE LIMITS DEFINED BY THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (CARDIO / ACCESS); IN CASE OF VARIATIONS IN PRICES, SEEK REQUISITE APPROVAL FROM REPORTING MANAGER.
  • MULTITASK AND PRIORITIZE WORKLOAD TO MEET DEADLINES AND DELIVER RESULTS.
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR CUSTOMERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH MEDICAL AFFAIRS TEAM.
