Job Title: Legal Executive

The role of a Legal Executive is to handle various legal tasks related to the project, ensuring compliance with local and national laws. This includes expertise in real estate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance within the construction and development sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining legal files and records of documents.

2. Communicating with external lawyers.

3. Tracking court cases and RERA visits.

4. Maintaining coordination and liaisoning with concerned departments for settlement of pending cases.

5. Drafting contracts and other legal documents in English and Marathi.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, land acquisition, and property disputes.

2. Proficiency in legal research, drafting contracts, and litigation support.

3. Familiarity with construction and development laws, including regulatory compliance and environmental regulations.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
