Tax Advisory Services
  • Provide strategic counsel on income tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax treaties.
  • Promote collaborative working relationships with finance and business teams to structure domestic and international transactions, investments, and cross-border operations.
  • Analyze emerging tax legislation and judicial trends to assess their impact on business strategies and provide informed inputs.
Litigation Management
  • Direct and coordinate high-value tax litigation across various forums including CIT(A), ITAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
  • Prepare compelling legal arguments, review submissions, and maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Formulate litigation strategy, manage timelines, and ensure consistent legal positions across jurisdictions.
Compliance & Risk Governance
  • Support finance and tax teams in ensuring adherence to the Income Tax Act.
  • Review and strengthen internal controls from a legal risk perspective.
  • Monitor and respond to notices, inquiries, and summons from tax authorities.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, and external advisors on key tax-related legal issues.
  • Represent the organization in front of tax authorities and policy-making forums as required.
