Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and operations-focused individual to ensure seamless onboarding of clients, coordination with telecom operators, and monitoring messaging traffic.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and partner teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success:

Coordinate client onboarding: Gather information and technical requirements, provision accounts, and ensure internal coordination for a smooth customer experience.

Provide support: Assist in issue resolution to ensure successful integration and traffic initiation.

Monitor performance: Analyze post-onboarding trends and provide early-stage support.

  • Traffic Assurance:

Track targets: Receive monthly traffic targets from stakeholders and break them down into weekly and daily targets to achieve.

  • Telco Coordination :

Coordinate with telcos: Work with telecom operators and connectivity partners to obtain additional capacities and resolve issues.

Resolve long-pending issues: Collaborate with telco account managers to address technical, commercial, or operational issues.

  • Reports & Analytics:

Publish reports: Publish daily performance reports for review and routing deviations.

Analyze traffic: Identify and analyze reasons for traffic growth or dip and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Identify opportunities: Highlight potential opportunities for the sales team.

  • Collaboration:

Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with development, sales, and quality assurance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify process improvements: Contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the support team by identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • Documentation:

Create documentation: Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of SOPs for regular operations.
