Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-depth knowledge of US Health Care Payer System: You will have in-depth knowledge of the US Health Care Payer System and be able to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Claims Adjudication Experience: With 4-10 years of experience in Claims Adjudication and over 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, you will be able to effectively manage processes and streamline workflows.
  • People Management Skills: You will need to be a people-centric manager who can articulate employee challenges to management and motivate the team towards desired project goals.
  • Quality Dashboards: You will circulate quality dashboards at agreed periodic intervals to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will adhere to various regulatory and compliance practices.
  • Report Maintenance: You will maintain ownership of reports both internal and external to clients.
  • Data Presentation: You will present data and provide deep insights about the process to clients and internal management.
  • Training Programs: You will manage and coordinate training programs.
  • Coaching and Feedback: You will be excellent in coaching and providing feedback to the team.
  • HR Actions: You will take necessary HR actions as part of the Performance Improvement Process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure that key SLAs are met consistently without exceptions.
  • Revenue and Profitability Targets: Leverage operational metrics to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met and exceeded.
  • Business Function Collaboration: Work in tandem with business functions to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Talent Retention: Retain key team members.
