Job Description:

We are seeking a specialist to lead ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, driving results for clients and internal brands.

The specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance daily, and optimizing for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per lead (CPL).

The specialist will also conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages, and generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns is required. The specialist should have a strong understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC), CPL, etc.

The specialist should have hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations is essential.

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
