Automotive Design Expert

We're seeking a seasoned automotive design expert to lead the way in designing innovative vehicle architecture.
- With 8-15 years of experience in Sealing and Glasses Design & Development at Automobile OEMs, you'll drive innovation in door, tailgate, and hood systems that exceed performance standards.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sealing and glass system compatibility, leveraging your expertise in EPDM, TPV, TPE materials, extrusion/molding processes, and optical distortion assessments.
- Interface with suppliers for glass tooling, lamination, tempering, and encapsulation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards for water tightness, air leakage, dust ingress, and NVH.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering high-impact design programs that shape the future of mobility.
- Collaborating with engineers to design and optimize automotive Sheet metal parts, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
- Preparing and delivering presentations of design concepts and master sections.
- Tolerancing and GD&T analysis for optimal performance.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E (Mechanical / Automobile) with 8-15 Years of experience.
