This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and oversee high-profile Slum Development projects, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. As a Senior Land Acquisition and Real Estate Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing Society Redevelopment initiatives, coordinating with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.

You will identify potential land acquisition opportunities, negotiate deals with landowners or brokers, conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed real estate projects, and collaborate with legal teams to handle documentation and agreements related to land acquisition and development.

A critical aspect of this role is developing and maintaining relationships with key industry players, including government agencies, developers, and investors. You will also stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Slum Development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
  • Manage Society Redevelopment initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Identify potential land acquisition opportunities and negotiate deals with landowners or brokers
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed real estate projects
  • Collaborate with legal teams to handle documentation and agreements related to land acquisition and development

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Slum Development, Society Redevelopment, and Land Acquisition processes
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects
  • Strong network within the Real Estate sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Skills:

  • Expertise in Slum Development, Society Redevelopment, and Land Acquisition processes
  • Knowledge of zoning regulations, land use laws, and property valuation methods
