Service Delivery Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions team as a Service Delivery Manager.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversight of the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Establishment and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
    • Continuously monitoring and improving delivery processes for optimized efficiency and performance.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions, guiding team members through project planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to ensure team members meet their goals.
    • Coordinating resource allocation and resolving conflicts to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Conducting regular client reviews to gather feedback and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Project and Risk Management:
    • Oversight of project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Identification and mitigation of potential risks to minimize impact on projects.
    • Proper documentation of project progress, changes, and final outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Staying updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry best practices.
    • Collaboration with technical teams to ensure solution architecture aligns with client business requirements.
    • Driving innovation by recommending new features or enhancements to improve client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management:
    • Management of project budgets and monitoring of costs to ensure financial stability.
    • Preparation of financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
