Senior Cloud Architect

The Senior Cloud Architect will be part of the infrastructure services team supporting end-user related services globally.

As a key contributor, you will have a strong technical background in designing, implementing, and managing Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD infrastructure.

You will be responsible for managing the services provided by vendors and guiding technical team members in managing & optimizing our Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure AD environments to ensure stability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical delivery for Microsoft 365/Azure AD working with internal resources and vendors.
  • Define best practices, standards, and policies ensuring compliance and creating technical and process documentations.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 services including but not limited to Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Voice, Viva suits, Power Platforms Dynamic 365, Microsoft Purview, Azure AD, etc.
  • Evaluate new applications/technologies conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and make recommendations for integrating innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Administer migration strategies and data migrations.
  • Conduct assessments identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for enhancing the performance security and scalability of the Microsoft 365 services infrastructure.
  • Monitor system health performance and security of Exchange and Microsoft 365 services proactively identifying and addressing any issues or vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and execute upgrades migrations and integrations related to Microsoft 365 services.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Proven expertise in designing implementing and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD infrastructure.
  • Ability to work with vendors and guide technical team members in managing and optimizing cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with migration strategies and data migrations.
  • Knowledge of security and scalability best practices.
