About this role

This position offers the opportunity to take on a leadership role in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.

As an Office 365 Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the scoping, assessment, planning, design, and technical documentation for implementing Office 365 and its related core technologies.

You will own technical discussions, drive architectural decisions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and IT security policies.

  • Define technical requirements, prepare BOM, resources, and cost estimates, and contribute to project charters.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and simplification in solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement multi-tenant system configurations and federations.
  • Implement Office information protection, DLP, sensitivity labels, message encryption, Conditional Access, and app protection policies.
  • Design and manage email protection systems, security gateways, encryption, GAL sync, archiving, and retention policies.
  • Implement guest user lifecycle management including creation, invitation, and access controls.
  • Provide expertise on Compliance Center, Litigation Hold, retention policies, auditing, and eDiscovery.

As a senior administrator, you will act as the highest escalation point for M365 support and troubleshooting.

You will develop and execute migration plans for OneDrive and SharePoint Online.

Analyzing business requirements to evaluate and propose suitable design/technology solutions is also key to your responsibilities.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver new solutions is essential to your success.

RequirementsTechnical Experience
  • 6+ years of Office 365 architecture experience.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting.
  • Expertise in Conditional Access, App Protection, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
Unique Skills & Certifications
  • Senior Microsoft Azure Certification.
  • Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-101).
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).
