Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Application Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
to design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role will focus on developing enterprise-grade applications, building Proofs of Concept (POCs), and delivering production-ready solutions for contact center automation and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Build and customize Dynamics 365 POCs and production-grade solutions aligned to business and contact center automation use cases.
- Customize CRM entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and dashboards to meet organizational and client requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Implement and manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for deployment, release, and version control.
- Ensure technical best practices, scalability, and compliance in all development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong experience in customization and configuration of CRM entities, workflows, and dashboards.
- Expertise in integrating external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Experience with DevOps/ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Ability to design and deliver high-performance, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
