Ecommerce Platform Development Leader

Are you a seasoned developer looking to lead a team and drive e-commerce platform development? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Developer.
Job Description:- The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a core e-commerce platform on the Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) platform with a Java backend.
- They will also lead a team of developers, guiding them through development and support tasks, including conducting code reviews, maintaining release schedules, and onboarding new team members.
- Proficiency in Demandware foundational concepts, including Site Genesis, UX Studio, Pipelines, and ISML templates is essential.
- A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies is also required.
