**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Specialist in Implementation Conversion Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical architecture, solution design, and implementation project management.

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex systems integration for new product onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of FIS products and technologies to support implementation and drive solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and review of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and develop high-level architecture diagrams.
  • Work closely with sales and presales teams to provide technical insights and feasibility studies for forward-looking integrations.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

**Key Qualifications:*

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in implementation and/or conversion with demonstrated ability to handle high-project complexity.
  • Strong understanding of networking paradigm, programming skills, and database management.
  • Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of banking industry, particularly lending.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure config, ETL, APIs, and scripting languages (Bash or PowerShell).
