
Senior Business Growth Strategist

As a Senior Digital Transformation Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise in workforce management (WFM) domain will enable you to create capacity plans, staffing forecasts, pricing scenarios, and other analyses required by management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement WFM strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues beyond operations analysts authority; resolve conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues.
- Conduct research and analysis to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
- Track revenue and Opex on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses, and evaluation of any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop forecasting models and provide business analytics and insights using various operations levers.
- Drive initiatives on profitability improvement through automation and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact effectively with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant project management experience in banking and payments domains for global clients across US geographies.
- Strong proven client management skills with the ability to facilitate and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage workload independently, a self-starter with a strong sense of proactivity.
- Relevant experience in change management within large, high-profile, high-value, and complex transition programs.
- Working knowledge of risk and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale among team members.
- Graduate degree preferred but not required.
