Job Description

Mentor subordinates in all aspects of job function and ensure they have the skills to handle security threats.

  • Execute security protocols to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing programs.

  • Maintain security systems and administer security policies to control access to systems and networks.

  • Respond to security-related questions and inquiries using established security tools and procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in workflow and quantify business impacts for communication to management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security needs and implement procedures to accommodate them, ensuring adherence to necessary procedures to maintain security.
Requirements

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response.
  • Knowledge of network technologies (protocols, design concepts, access control).
  • Understanding of security technologies (encryption, data protection, design, privilege access).
  • Proficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan, report, establish goals and objectives, standards, priorities, and schedules.
  • Basic to intermediate decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and/or clients.
