Job Description:

Rrayze, a global business consulting company, has a presence in multiple countries and states. We provide a full range of services with a team of 450+ professionals. Our HR Outsourcing and recruitment business is expanding, and we are seeking a Global Executive to join our team.

This position involves finding new business partners globally for finance, compliance, and other related work. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching partners from online platforms, shortlisting profiles according to company requirements, and assessing their skill sets. They will also arrange quotes from clients, negotiate the best quote, conduct meetings with selected partners, and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. They should also be good with maintaining records, data, and documentation. A good knowledge of using tools like CHATGPT is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find new business partners globally for finance, compliance, and other related work
