Admissions Counselor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of achieving targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Counsel prospective students and guide them on the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by us.
  2. Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  3. Collect feedback from participants and consolidate it.
  4. Handle queries over the telephone.
  5. Convert leads into admissions.
  6. Record and maintain records of calls made.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
