Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our luxury villa and bungalow projects. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality villas and bungalows.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects preferred.
